Request your preferred dates and we'll hold them for seven days while you arrange travel. No charge during this welcome offer window.
Your cabin is booked once we receive the deposit. The remaining balance is due thirty days before arrival, or immediately if you book within that window.
Change once, free of charge, up to twenty-one days before arrival to any other available dates in the same season. A second change depends on whether we can rebook your original dates.
In rare cases, if we need to cancel your stay, we'll notify you at least twenty-one days ahead. You can choose another date, a different cabin, or a complete refund.
Travel insurance is required for your stay. Please tell us about any accessibility needs or dietary preferences — this helps us prepare your cabin and welcome you properly.
Your nights in the cabin, firewood, basic kitchen equipment, and local maps and guides. Travel to the cabin, personal supplies, and insurance are not included.
